• Keep training sessions interesting and very short. Otherwise your dog won't like training anymore if he does already.
• Say the command once, and wait for the puppy to do what you've asked.
• To put the puppy into the correct position use food to guide it. Give food less and less as the puppy comes to know the task.
• Everytime your dog does something right give it lots of encouragement and praise.
• When you end your training session end it in a positive way. So in other words end your training session when your dogs command has been completed.
